Warranty document is included with the product packaging, that document takes precedence. 

2. Solar Panel Warranty

All solar panels purchased from Soluxe Solar include:

Performance Warranty:

  • 20–25 years (depending on model) guaranteeing the panel will maintain a defined percentage of its rated power output over time.

Product Warranty:

  • 10–12 years (depending on model) covering defects in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing.

What is covered:

  • Glass or frame manufacturing defects
  • Junction box or cable defects

What is not covered:

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Physical damage, cracks, or breakage from external force
  • Damage from fire, flood, lightning, or weather-related events

3. Inverter Warranty

Hybrid, DC, and portable inverters include:

  • Product Warranty: 1–5 years (varies by model)

Covered issues include:

  • Internal component failure
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Operational malfunctions not caused by external factors

Not covered:

  • Incorrect wiring or installation
  • Overloading, misuse, or modification

4. Mounting Kits and Accessories

Mounting structures and accessories include:

  • 1–3 Year Limited Warranty

Covers structural defects and manufacturing faults. Does not cover rusting due to environmental exposure or installation errors.

5. What Is Not Covered by Any Warranty

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance
  • Damage from accidents, dropping, or collisions
  • Damage caused by using the product outside recommended specifications
