Refund policy

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

For a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Free from signs of use or damage that did not occur during transport.

Items not eligible for return include

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Items damaged through misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification.

Return costs

  • The customer bears the costs for return shipping.
  • Customers will not be charged any additional handling or restocking fee.

How to start a return

Please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)

Once your return has been approved, we will send you the return instructions.

Damaged or defective items

Should your item arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product, please return the item and place a new order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Delayed or missing refunds

  • If you have not received your refund after the 5-day processing period:
  • Please double-check your bank account or payment provider.
  • Please contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
  • Should the problem persist, please contact us. We will assist you immediately.
